Baked Potato Purée Notes: This smooth, light and fluffy potato purée makes a delightful alternative to plain mashed potatoes. Prepare beforehand and freeze.
Ingredients (成分):
· 4 lbs large potatoes 4磅大土豆

To prepare (准备):
· Peel potatoes, cut into large chunks, boil in salted water until tender. Drain and mash until smooth.

· Place on lower shelf of oven and bake at 400ºF (200ºC) for about 45 minutes or until browned. Garnish.
